As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

- End-to-end coordination of listings, sales campaigns and marketing activities
- Effective project management and stakeholder communication, including liaison with trades, conveyancers, brokers and clients
- Day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring smooth execution and high performance
- Delivery of an exceptional client experience, building strong relationships throughout the sales journey
- Providing administrative and operational support that enables the team to perform at its best

Who you are:

- Previous real estate experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail




- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Confident using technology and learning new systems quickly
