What you'll need to succeed

We are particularly interested in Project Managers with:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering current build commercial projects $10M+
- Strong understanding of the complete construction lifecycle from pre-construction through procurement, delivery and handover
- Experience managing programme, cost, commercial outcomes, subcontractors and project teams
- Strong client, consultant and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working for an Australian commercial head contractor / main contractor
- Relevant construction, building, engineering or project management qualifications highly regarded




- Full Australian working rights

Experience across apartments, education, healthcare, industrial, retail, social housing or major commercial construction will be highly regarded.
