About the Role

You'll play an important role in delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants, bars and event spaces while supporting the day-to-day leadership of kitchen operations.

Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain food quality and presentation standards, support junior team members and help ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to build leadership experience within a large resort environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare and present high-quality meals and dishes




- Lead your section and support kitchen operations
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Train and support junior kitchen team members
- Monitor stock, quality and kitchen presentation standards

About You

You take pride in creating quality food, leading by example and delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
You'll bring:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Experience in a high-volume resort, hotel or commercial kitchen
- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
- A passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences
