The Opportunity

Reporting to the Employee Relations Case Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing practical guidance and navigating a variety of employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism.

You'll work collaboratively to resolve workplace issues, manage risk, support decision-making and equip leaders with the tools and knowledge to effectively lead their teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Manage end-to-end casework, ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with legislation and organisational policy.
- Conduct and support workplace investigations, dispute resolution processes and mediation activities.
- Interpret and advise on Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment legislation and workplace obligations.
- Prepare professional correspondence and documentation relating to employee matters and case outcomes.
- Analyse trends and insights to identify opportunities for proactive people initiatives and continuous improvement.




- Contribute to the development of leader resources, policies and practical tools that enhance workplace capability.
- Deliver coaching and education that empowers leaders to confidently navigate employee matters.

About You

You are a relationship-focused ER professional who enjoys balancing technical expertise with a pragmatic, people-centred approach.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience managing employee relations cases within a complex or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience supporting investigations, performance management, misconduct and workplace dispute resolution.
- The ability to build credibility quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong judgement, resilience and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Law or a related discipline.
