Solutions Specialist (Field Sales) | Toowoomba

Clipex is an Australian family-owned business and a leader in fencing and livestock handling equipment. Our Toowoomba branch is growing, and we’re looking for a Solutions Specialist to get out on the farm, find new business, and turn it into long-term customers.

This is a field sales role. At least 60% of your work will be on the road across your territory, including overnight/multi-day travel, meeting graziers, farmers, and rural contractors, understanding how their operation runs and recommending yards and fencing that suit it. You’ll own your territory, your pipeline, and your revenue and gross-profit targets.

You won’t be doing it alone. Our branch team works closely across sales, despatch, servicing and installation, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that team, not a lone operator.

What you’ll do

- Prospect and win new customers through on-farm visits, field days, networking, and referrals

- Grow existing accounts through regular contact and consistent follow-up

- Assess needs on farm and recommend practical solutions

- Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate and close

- Keep your pipeline and customer notes current in our CRM

- Work with the branch team so what’s sold is delivered well

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in field or B2B sales (essential)





- A track record of working to and achieving sales targets

- The discipline to run your own territory, diary, and follow-up

- Confidence to negotiate on value and ask for the sale

- A team-first attitude: you share information, back your colleagues and own the outcome

- Current open driver’s licence

- A background in the livestock or agricultural industry, including low-stress stock handling (highly regarded)
