About You

As a Classroom Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning workplace. You'll bring:

- a commitment to the mission and ethos of Catholic education
- relevant teaching qualifications and accreditation, with demonstrated professional competence and a commitment to ongoing professional learning
- the ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a professional learning community focused on improving student outcomes
- strong classroom management skills and a commitment to supporting student wellbeing




- a demonstrated understanding of diverse learning needs pedagogy and inclusive learning practices
- an understanding of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) of students with a disability is desirable
- a proven ability to use data informed practices to design, implement and evaluate intensive, highly modified educational programs for students requiring additional support
- effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage positively with parents, carers, and the broader school community
- a creative and innovative approach to teaching, supported by highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
- Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
