We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our ICT team and help us continue building our internal software, integration, automation and AI capability.

About the role

As our Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and improving the technology that supports our business.

Working across applications, integrations, automation and emerging AI technologies, you’ll partner with our ICT team and business stakeholders to turn ideas and operational challenges into practical technology solutions.

It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety, from building new applications and integrations through to improving existing platforms and exploring new ways AI and automation can make our business more effective.

You’ll also have the opportunity to influence our engineering practices, share your expertise with the team and contribute to the future direction of our technology environment.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and working collaboratively with others.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- 6+ years’ software development experience, including experience at a senior or lead level





- Strong capability in a modern development stack such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js or C#/.NET

- Strong SQL skills, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server

- Experience developing applications, REST APIs and systems integrations

- Experience working with Linux and container technologies such as Docker

- Exposure to AI, automation, large language models or agent-based technologies

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and code review

- The ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with SAP Business One, Azure, AI development tools, secrets management, mentoring developers or the agriculture sector would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
