About the Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse with Churches of Christ Bribie Island Residential Aged Care, you'll play an significant role in supporting residents and leading our care team.

What you'll be responsible for

- Develop, review and update resident care plans to ensure individual care needs are met.

- Administering medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

- Provide wound care management and monitor clinical outcomes.

- Support, guide and mentor care staff while providing clinical leadership on shift.

- Liaise effectively with residents, families and team members while ensuring compliance with aged care standards, policies and procedures.

About you

You are a compassionate and resident-focused Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality aged-care. You bring strong clinical skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to supporting both residents and colleagues.

You'll ideally bring:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

- Demonstrated experience in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and care planning.

- Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication skills.

- Previous experience within Aged Care

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Full working rights in Australia (we are unable to sponsor at this time)
