We are currently seeking a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly and high-performing accounts team in Norwest.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly skilled in collections and customer communication, while maintaining professionalism and strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, based in our Norwest office.

You will play a key role in managing the accounts receivable function, with a strong focus on collection calls, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

Managing accounts receivable processes end-to-end

Making high-volume collection calls to recover outstanding debts (a core part of the role)

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and repeat business

Following up on overdue accounts with confidence and professionalism

Maintaining accurate financial records with exceptional attention to detail

Working collaboratively with the accounts team to support smooth financial operations

Using internal systems and Microsoft Office programs for reporting and tracking





Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting activities

Managing and resolving customer account disputes in a timely and qualified manner

Maintaining strong governance across customer onboarding, credit assessments, credit limits, and payment terms

About You

2–5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable / Collections-focused role

Proven ability and confidence in making collection calls – this is essential

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and retain customer relationships

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Professional, confident, and resilient phone manner

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Experience with SAGE and/or Salesforce is highly regarded

A team player who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly environment
