About the Opportunity

Our Shower Screen & Wardrobe division is looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Sunshine Coast.

This is a field-based role offering plenty of autonomy. You’ll manage your own territory and schedule, spending your time meeting residential builders, developing new business and supporting existing customers.

From identifying opportunities and taking measurements through to preparing quotes and closing the sale, you’ll own the customer relationship from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Develop current business opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with residential builders and trade customers
- Manage your territory to achieve sales, revenue and margin targets
- Follow up leads, prepare quotes and convert opportunities into sales
- Take accurate onsite measurements for shower screens and wardrobes
- Read and interpret building plans and technical drawings
- Complete plan take-offs and support quote preparation
- Manage customer activity and opportunities through CRM systems
- Develop strong product, market and industry knowledge
- Report on sales activity, pipeline and results

About You

You’re a proactive sales hunter who enjoys getting out in the market, building relationships and winning new business.

Ideally, you'll have experience within building products, construction, trade sales or a related industry and understand how to work effectively with builders and trade customers.

You'll bring:





- Proven sales or business development experience
- Experience working with builders or within the construction industry
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused approach
- Confidence taking measurements and working with technical information
- Ability to read plans or learn plan interpretation and quoting systems
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customers and opportunities
- Strong organisation and territory-management skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
