About the role

Shoalhaven Starches is seeking a Glucose Operator to join the team in Bomaderry. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work within a large-scale manufacturing environment where safety, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do. As a Glucose Operator, you will contribute to the secure and efficient operation of the glucose production process. Working with the production team, you will help maintain product quality, monitor plant performance and keep the work area clean and organised.

Key responsibilities

- Operate and monitor glucose processing equipment in accordance with approved procedures.

- Carry out routine process checks, collect samples and record production information accurately.

- Identify and report equipment faults, process variations and safety concerns promptly.





- Follow site safety, quality, hygiene and environmental requirements.

- Maintain housekeeping standards and complete cleaning tasks as required.

- Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to effective shift handovers.

About you

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

- A practical approach, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- The ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

- Experience in manufacturing, food production or process operations would be well regarded.
