Are you a proven sales closer who knows how to turn quality appointments into serious income?

One Solar Australia is expanding, and we're looking for driven, confident and results-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

We're not looking for order takers. We want closers who can build trust, overcome objections, negotiate confidently and convert opportunities into sales.

Solar and battery sales experience is highly regarded, but we're also interested in exceptional sales professionals from other high-ticket, in-home sales industries.

What We're Looking For





- A proven closer with a strong sales track record and a hunger to succeed.

- Experience in solar, batteries or renewable energy is highly regarded.

- Experience in high-ticket, face-to-face or in-home sales is advantageous.

- Confidence in handling objections, negotiating and closing deals.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, competitive and target-driven.

- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Your Role

- Attend pre-qualified, confirmed in-home sales appointments.

- Present tailored solar and battery solutions to homeowners.

- Convert quality leads into signed contracts.

- Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups to maximise conversions.

- Maintain accurate sales records and contracts in our CRM.

- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
