About the opportunity

This is a greenfield opportunity and a newly created position within our Digital Delivery team. Working across a portfolio of mission critical operational systems, you will help translate complex business challenges into practical, user focused digital solutions that support emergency response across NSW.

The role brings together elements of product management, business analysis, service design and change management, providing an opportunity to contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, testing and implementation.

You will work closely with frontline volunteers, operational leaders, technical specialists and external delivery partners to understand user needs, challenge existing processes and help deliver meaningful improvements.

This is an opportunity to influence how technology supports emergency services while developing your skills within an evolving product management practice.

- demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with frontline users, senior stakeholders, technical teams and external delivery partners;
