Excel Recruitment is currently seeking reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing operation in Adelaide. We have multiple opportunities available for Production Workers, Warehouse Workers and Assembly Workers to support increased production demands.

We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a safety-first attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous manufacturing, warehouse or assembly experience is highly regarded, with forklift experience particularly advantageous for production and warehouse roles.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on the job, with suitable applicants able to commence as soon as possible.

Available Positions & Key Responsibilities

1. Production Workers

We are seeking hands-on Production Workers to assist with day-to-day manufacturing and production operations.

Duties will include:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.

- Feeding materials and components into production lines.

- Assisting with product assembly, packing and preparation.

- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

- Moving raw materials, finished goods and stock throughout the production area.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.

- Following production procedures and meeting daily output targets.

- Forklift operation to move materials and assist with warehouse requirements (where licensed and required).

Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, with forklift experience highly regarded.

2. Warehouse Workers





We are looking for reliable Warehouse Workers to assist with general warehouse and dispatch operations.

Duties will include:

- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock and deliveries.

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

- Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring orders are ready on time.

- Loading and unloading goods safely.

- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.

- Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

- Operating warehouse equipment and forklifts (where licensed and required).

- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and adhering to workplace safety procedures.

Previous warehouse experience is highly regarded, particularly experience with stock control, picking and packing, dispatch and forklift operation.

3. Assembly Workers

We are seeking experienced Assembly Workers who are confident working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment and consistently achieving production KPIs.

Duties will include:

- Assembling products and components in accordance with specifications and work instructions.

- Using hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.

- Reading and following basic assembly instructions and production plans.

- Performing quality inspections to identify faults or defects.

- Maintaining consistent production output while meeting daily KPIs and deadlines.





- Identifying and reporting any assembly or quality issues.

- Maintaining an organised workstation and following safety procedures.

- Working collaboratively with production team members to achieve operational targets.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is essential. Candidates must be comfortable working to set production targets while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and quality.

- $33-$34 per hour to commence.

- Pay increase to $34-$35 per hour after three months.
