This role suits an experienced mining professional with a strong grasp of load and haul performance who wants variety, client engagement and a Perth base. You'll split your time between client mine sites and our Perth office, helping operations get real value from our technology.

It is not a permanent FIFO or technical support role.

The role

Raptor Tech develops fleet management, collision avoidance and machine guidance solutions for mining. We're growing quickly across Australia and internationally, and we're serious about making sure our clients get real, measurable value from what we deliver.

You'll be the link between our technology and the people using it. Our field technicians and support teams take care of hardware and software. Your focus is on helping sites adopt the technology, embed it in how they work, and turn it into better performance.

What you'll do

- Understand each client's operation and objectives, and tailor the solution and features to fit

- Lead change on site, bringing everyone along from frontline crews to senior leadership

- Design and deliver training that builds lasting capability

- Facilitate workshops and use operational data to uncover productivity gains

- Visit existing clients regularly to strengthen relationships, close training gaps, introduce new features and bring their feedback back to our team





- Present data in a way that drives decisions (dashboard experience helps; we'll train you on our tools)

What you'll bring

- Strong knowledge of load and haul performance, KPIs and value drivers

- Experience leading change and driving adoption on a mine site

- Clear, confident communication and facilitation skills at every level

- A background in mining improvement or BI, engineering, dispatch, or operations with a coaching focus

- A genuine enjoyment of training people and seeing teams improve

- Flexibility and a willingness to travel, including occasional international trips

How the work is structured

- Roughly half your time on client sites, half in our Perth office

- Site trips are usually short, day shift based, with weekends at home

- Some deployments or remote sites may call for longer trips or shift cover outside standard hours; this is recognised through time in lieu and appropriate compensation
