Working alongside an established Elite-level agent and Principal, you'll receive daily, one-on-one training while gaining hands-on experience in executive residential sales. You'll be involved in winning listings, building client relationships and developing your own sales profile.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct appraisals and open homes.

- Handle buyer and seller enquiries.

- Assist with winning listings and negotiating sales.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

- Follow up warm enquiries and existing database contacts.

Requirements

- Some exposure to real estate – sales, administration or property management.

- Any previous direct sales experience will be highly regarded.

- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate.

- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's license.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High energy, initiative and a genuine passion for real estate.





- Professional presentation and a willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working Saturdays.
