We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Winnellie team.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role in supporting customers and contributing to the day-to-day success of the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with phone, email and counter sales enquiries

- Providing product information and support (full training provided)

- Processing quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders and stock transfers

- Building strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

- Working closely with the branch team to ensure customer needs are met

- Assisting with general administration and warehouse duties as required

- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

About you





You don't need HVAC or refrigeration experience to be successful in this role. We can teach product knowledge. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone, in person and via email

- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships

- The ability to listen, understand customer needs and provide practical solutions

- Initiative, a willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the business

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures

- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- A willingness to complete a pre-employment Medical and National Police Clearance

Experience in customer service, internal sales, trade sales, wholesale distribution, retail or a similar environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

A forklift licence is advantageous, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
