The business

Our client is an established fresh and healthy fast casual brand with 20 restaurants and plans to grow to 30 over the next couple of years.

This is a business that continues to invest and grow in a challenging market. With a portfolio of six company-owned restaurants, you’ll have the opportunity to get close to your teams and make a real impact on their performance.

The role

As Area Manager, you’ll lead and support your Restaurant Managers across six Sydney locations. You’ll be responsible for the performance of your restaurants and for developing the people who run them.

Your focus will include:

Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers and their teams

Driving sales, profitability and operational performance

Managing labour, food costs and restaurant P&Ls;





Maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality

Using customer feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Building strong teams and developing future leaders

About you

You’re a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being in restaurants, working alongside your teams and helping people get better at what they do.

You may be an experienced Restaurant Manager leading a large, high-volume operation, a Cluster Manager looking after a handful of locations, or an Area Manager looking for the right next move.

You’ll bring solid commercial skills, a solid understanding of labour and cost control, and the ability to turn performance data into practical action. Just as importantly, you’ll care about your people and the experience your customers receive.
