Buildster is an energetic and active commercial building company working with blue chip commercial clients. We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a 4–5 month contract in the Armidale area.

About the role

You'll work closely with our Project support team, running the site day to day and leading a small crew and subcontractors. Safety comes first on our sites, so you'll help drive a robust, positive WHS culture.

What you'll bring

- At least 10 years of construction experience in Australia

- Proven ability to supervise a small team and subcontractors

- Confident reading plans and doing set-out

- A strong commitment to WHS and a supportive attitude to safety

- Experience with HammerTech (preferred, not essential)

- An honest, self-motivated approach and a positive attitude

- The ability to work well as part of a team

- Ability to work on a commercial project

Essential requirements

Due to our clients' site access requirements, you must:

- Be an Australian citizen (current Australian passport or birth certificate)

- Provide a clear National Police Check

- Hold a current White Card

- Hold a NSW driver licence and have your own vehicle
