Roundwood is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant / Accounts Manager to join our growing construction and labour hire team in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the recruitment side of the business and takes pride in finding great people, building candidate relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

You'll work closely with management and our business development team to manage and grow key client accounts whilst you source, screen and place workers across civil, commercial and residential construction projects.

The Role

- Source, screen and interview candidates

- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of construction workers and trades

- Match candidates to client requirements

- Manage candidate onboarding, compliance and site readiness

- Maintain regular contact with workers and clients

- Fill labour hire and permanent recruitment requirements efficiently





- Help deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for both clients and candidates

About You

- Previous recruitment, labour hire, candidate management or resourcing experience

- Construction, trades or blue-collar recruitment experience highly regarded

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies

- Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities

- Motivated to grow within a successful recruitment business
