To help existing and new customers with issues on their Microsoft Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure settings including M365 accounts management (create, delete, password reset, Online Exchange management)

Azure Virtual Desktop Management – troubleshoot any issues with virtual desktop environment

Web hosting management with positive understanding of all DNS records (A record, MX record, SPF record)

Windows 2019 and above server management including updates and troubleshooting

Desktop Support including PC/Laptop troubleshooting on Windows 10 and above operating system

Research and Development – Improve knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Technology

Resolve customers' issues with their technology platform with minimal supervisionUpdate time spent helping customers in Autotask on a weekly basis

About you





At least 1 year of experience in a Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud support role

At least 1 year of experience in supporting the Microsoft Windows Server operating system

Ability to effectively work to strict deadlines

Resourcefulness in solving problems

Strong work ethic with an ability to work autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passed Azure Exam AZ-900 and MS-900

Basic networking skills including IP Addresses, Subnet IP Address Classes, Routing/Switching

Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
