GemLife is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to oversee civil works across SE Queensland for luxury over-50s lifestyle resorts. You will lead a dedicated team and deliver projects safely, on time and to high standards.
Reporting to the Head of Civil Operations, you will plan, allocate resources, manage budgets and drive best practices across multiple active sites. You will collaborate with Development and Construction teams to ensure seamless handovers and exceptional outcomes.
