We are proudly part of Hay’s Cool Kids , which operates under the Create Kings Group , a growing network of brands focused on delivering value and unique products to customers.

We are excited to be opening our doors to the public on April 1st, 2026 in Cranbourne West , and are growing our team to support this launch.

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to be the face and voice of our business across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to live chat enquiries via our website
Providing in-store customer support and assisting with purchases
Resolving customer questions, concerns, and order issues
Assisting with returns, exchanges, and general enquiries
Delivering a friendly and positive customer experience at all times

Excellent communication and people skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Solid problem-solving ability
Able to multitask and stay organised
Reliable and punctual
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Work Details
Casual role with consistent weekday hours (8am-2pm)
Weekend work available for the right person
Prospect to move into a full time permanent position after 3 months
