POSITION AVAILABLE - Customer service consultant, call center operator
We are offering a 60k per year, plus super package = $67200 per annum. We are located in Mount Hunter, south west Sydney, we are a well-established, long term, small business (established 1999). This position is in our national after sales corporate division covering warranty and spares, we represent many major companies here in Australia and overseas. We seek people that are looking for a long-term secure position, we are not saying you need to commit to a life sentence, but stability is sort. Call center based you will be working in a very busy setting, the job can be at times stressful and challenging. Sadly some consumers think it is their right to abuse, swear, talk over, name call and so on, sadly some conversations may become heated and you must have negotiating skills, logic and be level headed to take on such situations. You will need take control, stay calm yourself as well as appease the consumer and find a solution to the issue at hand. You must be thick skinned and not take anything to heart. In saying this,



you are not here to be abused and if the caller cant be pacified/helped you simply hang up. You also must be handy and logical thinking; the biggest part of this job is trouble shooting. We do a lot of flat packed furniture, electrical, various tools, mowers and lawn care, wine fridges, out door play and so on - you need to have the fundamentals or understanding of these products (on the job training is provided) and talk people through issues when they call - as said you will be trained but you must have fundamental understanding to start with. A positive IT understanding would also be beneficial. The up side to this is you will be working with a fantastic bunch of work colleges, that love to have a laugh, have a chat and make the day go by. The other plus its a secure job and as a boss I understand the work environment must be a place you want to come to work to and we try and make this happen.

Pay: $67,200.00 per year
