Medibytes Legal in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Operations & Practice Manager to lead our onsite client services team and coordinate an offshore support team in the Philippines. The role is primarily in office with hybrid flexibility after probation, and occasional travel to support offshore operations.
You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure outstanding client service, and build scalable processes. There is potential to expand into finance and accounts as the business grows.
