Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and comply with health and safety regulations.

Skills:
A Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
Previous experience as a Cook or Sushi Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
Robust knife skills and ingredient handling abilities, particularly in sushi preparation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and valuable time management skills. Expected hours: 34.0 – 36.0 per week
