About Flow Water Services Flow Water Services is a Perth based water services business, with crews working across Perth, the South West, and the Pilbara mine sites. We have long standing relationships with clients in the mining and industrial sectors - our jobs move fast, and we need someone who can keep the accounts moving with them.

What you'll be doing

Invoicing customers against jobs and POs

Processing supplier invoices and following up overdue accounts

Preparing weekly payment batches

Assistance with running award payroll across our entities

Preparing and lodging BAS

Posting accrual journals and reconciling accounts at month-end





Preparing monthly financials and management reports for our head entity

Keeping our asset register and employee records up to date

Keeping us compliant and on top of every deadline

What you'll bring

At least 3 years of full-function bookkeeping, including payroll

Confidence with BAS, accruals and reconciliations

Experience preparing monthly financials and management reports

A sharp eye for detail and a practical, organised approach

BAS Agent registration and experience with Sybiz are a bonus.
