explosives offer a full range of commercial explosives and accessories for the Australian mining industry. JOHNEX is hiring for a Process Operator at their Kalgoorlie, WA Operation. This role involves managing the protected storage, handling, and distribution of explosives and related materials at the Kalgoorlie Explosives Reserve facility.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and manufacturing processes safely and efficiently.
Prepare, assemble and package products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
Monitor production activities and maintain accurate stock and inventory controls.
Perform routine plant, equipment and workplace inspections.
Assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment care.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a positive role model within the workplace by demonstrating secure work behaviours, professionalism and adherence to company procedures.
Support and mentor recent team members through on-the-job training, guidance and knowledge sharing.
Lead by example by promoting a strong safety culture and commitment to quality outcomes.

About You Successful applicants must be over the age of 18 and require the following:
Experience with detailed record keeping
Reasonable Computer literacy
Warehouse and Inventory Management experience is desirable
Be focused on working collaboratively within your team to achieve results
A valid HR Driver’s Licence
High Risk Forklift Ticket is preferred
Must have or be able to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance Certificate
Able to pass a medical assessment, drug & alcohol screening
Reasonable level of fitness for manual handling tasks
Must have or be able to obtain a Dangerous Goods Security Clearance.

Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines
