Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Graduate Financial Analyst for our Sydney office to support corporate finance and M&A; advisory engagements across industries. You will work with experienced bankers on sell-side and buy-side assignments, developing financial models and materials.

The role requires top grades (75+ WAM), a degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Commerce, and availability to start full time in early 2027. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and solid communication are essential.
