Job summary *As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of rental properties, ensuring smooth tenancy operations, and delivering excellent service to tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities:




Tenant Management – Handling inquiries, lease agreements, and tenant relations.
Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections – Conducting property condition reports and ensuring compliance.
Leasing Out – Coordinating property listings, openings, and tenancy applications.
Maintenance Coordination – Managing repair requests and liaising with contractors.

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in property management or a related field.
Certificate of Registration or License qualifications
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Willing to learn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Chinese language skills require
