Join Iron Mine Contracting (IMC), a growing WA-based civil and mining contractor delivering major projects for Tier 1 clients across Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced HSEQT Advisor to join our site team and help drive a strong safety culture while supporting continued project growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Team, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of health, safety, workplace, quality and training compliance across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, regulations and company standards
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
Facilitate incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Maintain HSEQT systems, registers and documentation
Support workforce training, coaching and safety engagement initiatives
Prepare reports and communicate safety performance across the project
Drive continuous improvement and positive safety outcomes About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in mining, civil construction, bulk earthworks, road infrastructure or major project environments
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety




Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and HSEQT management systems
Experience conducting incident investigations (ICAM or TapRooT preferred)
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Certificate IV Training & Assessment (desirable)
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Clearance Why Join IMC?
