Spicers Peak Lodge is seeking a Head Chef to lead its culinary operations and deliver the bespoke luxury dining experience. You will create creative seasonal menus, oversee weddings and events, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team in a remote luxury lodge setting.

As Head Chef, you will manage food quality, costs and inventory while collaborating with leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation. Robust Australian produce focus and sustainability are essential.
