We are seeking a talented, versatile and passionate Senior Hairdresser & Barber to join our team at Uenique Hair Artistry, a brand-new, premium unisex hair salon in Dawesville, WA. Our ideal candidate is a confident, experienced qualified who is skilled in both traditional hairdressing and modern barbering, delivering exceptional results across a diverse clientele. Our ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years' industry experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in both men's and women's hair services.
Solid barbering abilities, including skin fades, clipper work, scissor cutting, beard grooming and contemporary men's styles.
Confidence in women's cutting, styling, blow-drying and colour services, including foiling, balayage and colour correction.
A sound understanding of professional hair colour, products, treatments and current industry trends.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
A professional presentation, positive attitude and genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.




The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of talented hairdressers and barbers.
Excellent time management, attention to detail and a commitment to consistently high standards.
A willingness to continue developing professionally and contribute to the growth of an exciting new salon.
