Part-time Clerical / Administration Assistant

Electronic Innovations Pty. Ltd. – Alderley QLD We are seeking a reliable and organised person to join our small team. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on office role involving reception, general administration, data entry and coordination of service jobs. The position is part time, working a five-day fortnight, with availability on Mondays and Fridays essential with one other weekday. Working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The position will have a 3 month probation period. Flexibility and reliability are important in our small team, where everyone plays a role in keeping the business running smoothly. The successful applicant will need to be available on their agreed working days throughout the year, including school holidays, and provide cover for staff annual leave and sick leave when required. Please note that this position is entirely office-based with no remote work or work-from-home flexibility available. Key responsibilities Reception and office administration:

Answering calls, managing email correspondence,



arranging couriers, ordering stock and general office duties. Data entry and accounts:

Processing invoices, bills and service documentation through our accounting system. Service job administration:

Logging workshop and onsite jobs, allocating repair work to technicians, liaising with customers, tracking job times and coordinating service jobs.
