You'll convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, manage a high-volume phone line with confidence, and spot upsell opportunities. You will work closely with the office supervisor and the wider customer service team. ## What You'll Own
• The residential client portfolio of recent and existing customers
• Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating bookings
• Achieving weekly conversion and booking targets




• Upselling and cross-selling
• Booking and CRM system accuracy along with general office administrations support
• Coordination with the field team for smooth, on-time service delivery
• Retaining and rebooking existing residential customers ## About You
• Confident communicator with robust verbal skills (excellent spoken English essential)
• Natural rapport-builder
able to influence purchasing decisions over the phone
• Commercial mindset
driven to convert enquiries and hit targets
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
• Reliable, proactive, and highly organised under pressure
