5.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday

1.30pm to 9.30pm Some overtime and may be required, so flexibility is key. Duties Include (but are not limited to): Weigh, mix, mould,



shape dough Operate industrial proving cabinets and ovens Problem solving of quality and production issues when they arise Communicate and report issues with the production and warehouse supervisor Maintain cleanliness of bakery, machinery and equipment according to HACCP guidelines Follow personal and food hygiene principles Work in accordance with OHS regulations Other duties as required These roles are suited to solid communicators who are seeking reliable work in an established business.
