Start Your Accounting Career at Diverseco The Chance We're looking for a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a genuine career-starting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to management reporting, compliance, payroll and systems improvement inside a well-established, growing national business. To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must have graduated from university within the past two years.

What You'll Do
Assist with monthly management reporting, financial analysis and the month-end/year-end close.
Prepare journals, perform account reconciliations and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
Support payroll processing and statutory obligations, including PAYG, BAS, FBT and superannuation.
Contribute to finance system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team on real, diverse accounting work from day one.



What We're Looking For
A tertiary qualification in accounting or a related discipline, completed within the past two years.
A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in accounting.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
