We are seeking an experienced and highly organised

QA Lead

to join our team on a major solar farm construction project in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland.

Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and construction teams, you will oversee quality assurance processes, maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting and data management.

This is a diverse, hands on role suited to someone who is technically minded, highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced construction environment.

The Role

Daily and weekly production, timesheet and plant reporting

Reconciling piling,



tracker and module quantities

Maintaining survey, pile testing and tolerance registers

Managing ITPs, ITCs, ITRs, punch lists and QA registers

Maintaining AppSheet trackers, project systems and dashboards

Coordinating delivery registers, materials and laydown planning

Liaising with the client and principal contractor on reporting and documentation

About You

Advanced Excel skills are essential , including formulas, pivot tables, data validation and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP

Robust analytical skills and confidence working with complex data

Ability to learn recent systems quickly

Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

Ability to work autonomously in a remote site environment

Experience with Google Sheets, AppSheet, Google Data Studio, Primavera P6 or Employment Hero is advantageous but not essential.

A background in engineering, surveying, construction management or another technical discipline will be highly regarded.
