Job Title Cook Location Melbourne, VIC Employer Super Normal (Vic) Pty Ltd Position Full Time Supernormal, Flinders Lane is now looking for a full time Cook to develop & grow within a team of forward-thinking hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Include:
· Take an active role in the production and presentation of all food products to maintain the best quality food style possible while adhering to menu specifications.
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
· Ensure food is stored in appropriate containers, labelled, and rotated to ensure high standards of freshness, minimizing waste and maximizing quality.




· Strive to uphold a protected working environment and be Health and Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining and improving a safe work workplace.
· Follow and adhere to all checklists, prep sheets and par sheets as assigned.
· Ensure that food deliveries have been delivered and stored according to the standards set by the Head Chef and provincial health regulations. Skills and Qualifications required: Qualifications
· Relevant qualification or equivalent experience

Salary:
Base salary of $75,000-$85,000 Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
