About the Position: As a Property Trainee you will provide support to the Property Management team and Business Units regarding Power and Water’s existing and future assets,property and infrastructure by maintaining a register of land, easements, leases, licences and other interests in land. Responding to general queries regarding easements or other forms of land tenure for existing or future assets on freehold/leasehold land, Crown land and Aboriginal land. About Power and Water: Power and Water are a Government owned corporation that transmits and distributes electricity, and provides water and sewerage services, across the Northern Territory. Power Water service a range of customer across residential, commercial, industrial and remote customers. Power Water also work with the community to support a select range of events, organisations and programs that share their values and give back to Territorians in meaningful ways. To be successful in this role, you will have/be:




NT "C" Class driver's license or the ability to obtain
Ability to obtain a police check
Be self motivated, possess attention to detail
Able to meet deadlines with a commitment to providing quality customer service and client support. Qualification Description:This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles.
