Sydney Showground in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen during events and daily operations. This permanent, full time role reports to the Executive Chef and focuses on delivering exceptional culinary experiences for conferences, galas, exhibitions, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

You will drive menu development, supervise a team, control stock and costs, and uphold strict food safety standards in a quick-paced venue environment.
