About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Staffing Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. This role will be responsible for onboarding contractors, coordinating compliance requirements, maintaining candidate records, and acting as a key point of contact for contractors throughout their assignments. Duties and responsibilities
Coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities
Liaise with contractors regarding employment documentation and compliance
Maintain accurate candidate and contractor records within internal systems
Assist recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
Monitor and track onboarding progress to ensure deadlines are met




Respond to contractor enquiries in a timely and skilled manner
Support reporting, data entry, and general recruitment administration duties Skills and experience required
Previous recruitment agency administration experience preferred
Experience onboarding contractors or employees
Robust organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
