Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
Current South Australian Property Management Licence
Current Driver’s Licence




Experience with property management software (we use Our Property)
A solid commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment Your Responsibilities
Jointly managing a portfolio within a cooperative team structure
End-to-end Property Management duties
Daily communication with landlords, tenants, and trades
Conducting routine inspections
