Payroll Officer Aged Care / Not-For-Profit Sector North of the River | Full-Time Permanent

$95,000 + Super + Salary Packaging An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a respected organisation within the aged care and not-for-profit sector. This position will see you take ownership of payroll while also providing broader administrative and accounts support to the wider business. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a cooperative, people-focused environment and understands the complexities of payroll within aged care.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing
Management of employee timesheets and roster data
Interpretation and application of relevant aged care awards and entitlements
Ensuring payroll compliance with legislation and industry requirements
Responding to payroll queries from employees and management
Payroll reporting and reconciliations
Administrative support across the business
Accounts assistance and general finance administration
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:




Minimum 3 years' payroll experience
Previous experience within Aged Care, Home Care or Not-for-Profit organisations
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance obligations
Experience processing payroll for a rostered workforce
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
