The Bureau of Meteorology seeks a Personnel Security Lead to provide high‑level advice, coordination and delivery of personnel security functions across the organisation, with a focus on insider risk mitigation and PSPF compliance.

You will lead vetting, ongoing suitability and workforce integrity, mentor staff, and drive security policy implementation and incident response in a diverse, distributed setting. Solid judgment and stakeholder engagement are essential.
