Assistant Finance Manager (Management Accounting) | Bank of China Sydney

Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager to join the Sydney Office.

This is a two-year term contract, with solid potential to convert to an ongoing role upon successful completion.

Responsibilities:
Coordinatingand execution of financial KPI performance review of the Bank, and BU
Monitoringthe progress and of KPI of the Bank and preparation of analysis
Prepare businessdevelopment strategies related analysis and report, analyze implementation status
Preparation ofreview and monitoring of budget execution and perform analysis to assist decision making
Preparationof financial performance analysis on Bank level, Business Level, and B.U. level, assist B.U. to perform analysis on product level




Preparation ofmarket and industry analysis report for business planning review and performance analysis

To be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:
Bachelor's degreein accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum 3years or more of experience in banking or accounting fields
Ability to develop detailed plan and organise variety of tasks and projects to achieve goals
Abilityto prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
Abilityto get point of view across clearly and concisely
Problem solving skills and logic thinking
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively
Excellent verbal and written language ability in both English and Mandarin
