Rio Tinto is seeking a MEM Supervisor (Mobile Equipment Maintenance) to lead the Mobile Equipment Maintenance team at the Cape Lambert Port operations. The role requires a safety-focused leader who can manage daily targets, inspections, and reliability improvements.

The position operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off, dayshift-only roster, with residence options in Wickham, Point Samson or Roebourne. You will report to the Superintendent and guide a mixed team of trade and non-trade personnel.
