Strong backend Java experience
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
Strong API integration experience
RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT
Valuable ability to understand complex applications
Solid understanding of syntaxes and data structures
Good to have knowledge in JavaScript frameworks
react/node/express/tailwind
Knowledge in Serverless/Microservice architecture (Azure is advantageous)
Excellent communication skills




ability to translate highly technical information to business stakeholders
Proven experience utilising AI in projects
