DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES





Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service Work with the team to execute a variety of functions and events for our customers Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements Provide exceptional quality, consistent service throughout the event Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management Lead the team to work efficiently, ensuring perfect execution of the event from set up to pack down KEY QUALITIES:

Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience a similar role Excellent supportive and leadership skill set Exposure to rostering and people development Have a strong customer service focus Qualified, upbeat and friendly personality Exceptional attention to detail Positive and flexible attitude Highest level of presentation and grooming standards Fantastic people management skills and professional nature The team at Catering HQ work hard to create a safe and inclusive environment for all, and most importantly, we're all about creating a more sociable future - for our customers and for each other.
