Key Responsibilities:*
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and care.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing correct change and processing payments.
Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Ensure beverages and food meet quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and special offerings.

Qualifications:




Previous barista or coffee-related experience is preferred but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and perform various tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for coffee and the coffee culture.

Job Types: Full time, Casual

Pay: $21.05 – $32.51 per hour
